Permission is hereby granted, in the spirit of radical solidarity, mutual aid, 
and intersectional equity, free of charge, to any person or collective 
obtaining a copy of this software and associated documentation files 
(collectively known  as the “wokeware”), without restriction. This includes 
without limitation the rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, 
and/or dismantle systemic hierarchies using the wokeware, subject to the 
following conditions:

1. The Solidarity Clause (Copyleft)
Any modifications, derivative works, or forks of this wokeware must be 
distributed under this exact same Public Wokeware License. You may not 
privatize, gentrify, or apply proprietary, closed-source licenses to any 
downstream versions of this code.

2. The Anti-Exploitation Clause (Non-Commercial/Ethical Use)
The wokeware shall not be used by corporations, landlords, the 
military-industrial complex, fossil fuel conglomerates, or any entity 
prioritizing shareholder value over human dignity. Commercial use is expressly 
permitted only for worker-owned cooperatives, mutual aid networks, 
unionized collectives, and independent creators.

3. The Labor Recognition Clause
The above copyright notice, acknowledging the uncompensated intellectual and 
emotional labor of the original maintainers, alongside this permission notice, 
shall be included in all copies or substantial portions of the wokeware.

4. The Good Vibes Clause
Users of this wokeware must actively strive to check their privilege, 
center marginalized voices in their tech communities, and stay hydrated.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS, MAINTAINERS, OR COMRADES BE LIABLE FOR ANY
